Live WeightChoice™ Programs
What makes WeightChoice™ completely and utterly different from every other weight loss program in the world, is that we use proven techniques to actually change your natural, automatic tastes and preferences so that you cannot go back to eating in a way that supports excess weight. Currently we offer live WeightChoice™ programs in Perth, Western Australia, and plan to roll these out around Australia and internationally in 2016 and 2017.
Live programs may also be provided by video hookup by arrangement for minimum groups of 10.
In the meantime anyone can join the WeightChoice™ Online program, and the material here is exactly the same as our live students receive in preparation for their weekly tutorials over an 8-week period.

The live program is studied by distance learning completed in advance of each 1.5 hour practical tutorial over an 8-week period. It is currently run from 8.30 am to 10.00 on a Monday morning, with the next group commencing November 7, 2016 (we may run an evening program also, depending on interest).
This structure means that rather than wasting time delivering seminar-type information, in the live tutorials we can focus really strongly on guiding you to practise and master the strategies and techniques which so powerfully change people’s natural, automatic tastes and preferences.
In addition, the live tutorials give great opportunity for feedback and debriefing that is of course, being face to face, a superior experience to what can otherwise be achieved.
Entry to the program requires a doctor’s certificate (which we provide for signing) and is by application and interview where we assess where you are with your own personal food preferences currently, fully explain the program, the requirements, and what you can expect to achieve. There is a very high level of individual attention given to every client and this is essential because weight loss is not a “paint by numbers” exercise and each person has very different needs.
